RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your KENT!
We offer store credit or refund on all regular priced items only. With the intimate nature of our pieces, all items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging to proceed with a return.
All unworn merchandise is eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order and 14 days for store credit. Any product returned outside of the 7-day return policy will not be accepted for refund. Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy will not be accepted for credit.
Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Looking to exchange?
To exchange your KENT piece for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you’d like to exchange for a different product, we’ll process your return as a store credit to be used toward the new item(s). If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
A Couple Notes:
- Store credits, returns and exchanges will be issued after returned goods are received and inspected by our lovely team to confirm they meet return-eligible criteria above.
- Store credits are sent via email and never (ever) expire. They can be used toward anything on our site. Go wild.
- We need some time to process all the pieces. Please give us up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your package has been shipped.
- We promise we'll try our best. Direct exchange requests though can't be guaranteed because our stock is limited (for now).
- If you’re returning part of a Pack, the refunded amount will reflect the item’s Pack price, not the standard full price of the item.
- If you’re returning a product purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- All items on sale or discount are available for store credit only, and within above standard exchange period.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
