Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will do everything possible to assist you and suggest you select a delivery address you trust (ideally where someone is able to receive and sign for the package). We want you to love your KENT!
We offer store credit or refund on all regular priced items only. With the intimate nature of our pieces, we are not able to accept returns on lingerie bottoms or bodysuits.
You can return unworn merchandise within 5 days of receiving goods and 14 days for store credit. Any product returned outside of the 5-day return policy will not be accepted for refund. Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy will not be accepted for credit.
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with KENT tags attached. Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund.
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and ‘return’ in subject line of email. Include reason for return and description of piece in your email.
NOTE: underwear is not eligible for refund or store credit.
